The shaadi.com share your data publicly with other forums without your prior approval & they do not give any refund as once you make a payment then the system itself starts sending fake profiles which develops your interest into the tool and after sometime you will come to know about the reality of this fraud. They play with your photos and data & sold it to others which is a cyber crime and a threat to privacy.
I asked a question on 17 November, it been 11 days, customer services only responding, we are checking. Previously, there was a person from UK who wasted my time for 3 months and started asking money. They only deleted his profile.
I was a paid member and how many times I have taken the membership. No results, It is not worth paying. After reading all the reviews here, I totally agree with all and going to remove my account permanently.

They looks to be a fraud company. There were so many calls to take money and after that no one attends the call.
I guess the team run by Anupam Mittal is only interested in taking you for a ride. It is a worthless site. They are only interested in duping you. Don't subscribe. Don't buy things from Mittals. Mittals will sell their sons for money. It is one of the worst clans in the world. If you are a Mittal, change your surname.
This extremely overpriced site requires you to pay for everything, you can't interact with ladies who are free members. Women don't have to pay on European sites like
http://J4Flirt.com
-which is fair enough and that's why they attract many beautiful women who are active and sociable (you get many replies from stunning women) and I like this site much better. I found out that on Shaadi most of the well-matched female profiles are non-paying members so there is no way to reach out to them. Basically it's a fake site that takes to misleading their customers. As for Shaadi women, most of the profiles are scammers with stolen identities.
It would be unwise to trust Shaadi with your bank card, as they always add unauthorized charges. In my experience, Shaadi is completely useless.
They need only one thing: your financial information. It's enough for them to charge you without providing any service. Contact anyone you like on
Seek4Her.com
and similar platforms. They usually have real women who are responsive and genuine. It's a legit company with normal customer service. They won't just ban your account once you have bought credits - that's exactly what Shaadi did to me and many other users ( according to previous reviews). It's an absolute disgrace!
I was with Shaadi for couple of years, got messed about with so many women. women who were married, had been to prison mess you about so much. Then you tell them to go off and Shaadi block your account and don't refund your money and report you to the police for harassment and you get a conviction all because woman making false profiles.
Best personalized service. We took this service for our nephew. Finalized the match in around 2 n half months. The VIP Shaadi consultant assigned was super proactive and had good sense of connecting people. Also, Shaadi.com has a very helpful process.
Shaadi.com is a very shady website. They quickly grab money from your visa and provide several challenges so you cannot logon. We have been a member for 5 years and have paid several times on 6 month to one year plans. All of a sudden they want the user to provide passport, PAN card, employers salary slip, photo id etc before you can logon to the website. Even top banks do not ask for such validations from a customer who is using this for several years and is a paid customer. And they have such poor customer service. After earning so much profit via their customers, they are into severe cost cutting. Earlier chat was provided 24 X 7 now chat is removed, and no phone number is provided to call their help desk.
Their help desk just checks tickets and keeps answering via email. After requesting for a number to call, they provided a fictitious number which can only be called between 10 AM to 4 PM IST. And we are in North America. The number does not go through ever. What a cheap website which is making millions but behaves like a pauper. Sad. Best is to file a case so they do not treat customers so poorly.
A Very Unhappy Customer

It's a shame that websites go scot free by just putting a disclaimer. Shaadi.com should be sued for the mental, emotional and financial harassment caused to families. I'm disappointed that our cybercrime cell is unable to do much to track such monsters down even after registering a complaint.
Shame on these youngsters who dupe people and are a curse on humanity. For the sake of money they can fall to any extent! Feel sorry for their parents and family members that their kids turned out to be such terrible human beings!
This is a scammers' website. Majority of profiles are fake. When you are a non paid member you get invitations and in order to read those messages you have to pay and once you pay all those initiators disappear.
These greedy hounds are just after your money. No real profile exists. Their own appointed staff is behind these pictures. So beware of this crap website hust needs your money.
I have been member for few years and can confidentiality say fake profile s with fake pictures often the staff themselves put fake profiles and answer themselves until you get fed up. I would say 80% of the profiles are fake. I would not even give them 1 star. I eventually got myself fixed through newspaper advertisement.
Well what can I say. I am a free member. I had red flags from day 1 on meeting anyone on there. As I am a pursuing legal body. I will be fully aware of a lot of online scams and frauds. So my interrogation, cross examining skills will be on full swing. So I met a Premium rate payer on Shaadi.com recently had to report him for inappropriate behaviour. No respect for a member on there. Just after casual relations, just spoke to me for 3 days. In that I saw so much. He seed to have inferior personality complex. Yet he can write lengthy confident sexual messages? Suddenly he has confidence. As I am a lawyer he knows I will catch him out if he video or telephoned called. So the inferiority personality complex was a display. I thought in this day and age to not have video/telephone calls - red flags? He did not want to commit to anything. Just seeking a long term partner for a sexual commodity. Never seen so much rubbish in my life. I have him a piece of my mind. Like another messages have wrote on here alarm bells should be ringing if they don't video call? Is he married? Gave me a story he had a live in relationship for 7/9 years he was deprived of sexual relations. What a load of s***. He was reported to Shaadi.com. Hoping they seriously take action. If anyone wants I will give his name as I have a screenshot of his rude messages. All this in the name of pure love. He is an insult to love. You can't love someone without meeting a person and you have only exchanged a few messages. Don't get duped by infatuation/lust being love and marriage. There are tricksters on that site so be aware all.

Please don't bother with Shaadi. It's not worth the efforts and the money. My son met his wife through http://J4Love.net
I'm pretty sure it's not the only honest dating site, there are bunch of other platforms and you may want to experiment. But just avoid Shaadi! It's definitely a dishonest company. They want to keep the cash flowing and they use very nefarious methods for milking the unsuspecting users for money!
